For busy professionals who have commitments and yet have a strong desire to learn new skills,

percentile expertise level of skill development.
This is how Josh suggests we acheive the 20 hour learning rule:

Chocolate City gets a Court Injunction against Brymo
Oh OK, now I see the reason for Brymo's tweets
yesterday. He literally can't work as an artist until he sorts himself
out with Choc City. Apparently his former record label Chocolate City
through their law firm, L & A legal Consultants on Monday October
21st got an injunction against him, 'restraining him from recording,
releasing, distributing any composition, song, musical works or carrying
out any activity as a recording or performing artist through or for the
benefit of any person or organisation other than Chocolate City pending
the determination of the suit against him.

BMW Scandal: Coscharis gave N112m kickback to aviation minister
From Sahara Reporters
Even as the minister of aviation began a new spin today that the BMW armored cars purchased by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for her use were done on "hire-purchase", SaharaReporters has unearthed new details about the $1.6 million spent by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority to purchase the armored BMW cars for Nigeria's Aviation Minister Stella Oduah.
A highly reliable source has told SaharaReporters that the shady deal for the car was done entirely between Coscharis Motors Limited, a dealership from which the cars were purchased, one of Ms. Oduah’s private firms based in Abuja, and First Bank of Nigeria.
“The NCAA was not even aware of the deal until the minister told them to sign that they had received two BMW cars,” said our source.
Why Oprah Winfrey is not in good terms with the Obamas
Ever wondered why Oprah campaigned for Barrack Obama in 2008 but not in
2012? Insiders claim Barack and Michelle broke promises to Oprah Winfrey
leading to a bitter rift between them...
From The NY Post
From The NY Post
"Everyone remembers that Oprah went all out for Obama during the 2008 presidential election. What was not reported was that, in return, Oprah was promised unique access to the White House if Obama won. She’d get regular briefings on initiatives and a heads-up on programs to give her material for her fledgling cable network, OWN.
“Oprah intended to make her unique White House access a part of her new network,” a source close to Oprah told me. “There were big plans, and a team was put together to come up with proposals that would have been mutually beneficial. “But none of that ever happened. Oprah sent notes and a rep to talk to Valerie Jarrett, but nothing came of it. It slowly dawned on Oprah that the Obamas had absolutely no intention of keeping their word and bringing her into their confidence.”
