'In the event of my death, I give all to my wife': Poignant wills and personal letters of 230,000 WWI soldiers revealed

Revealed for the first time in 100 years: The will of Private John Fleetwood, grandfather of Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac, who died of dysentery after fighting at Gallipoli during the First World War
The poignant last wishes of thousands of soldiers killed in the First World War are being made available to view online, after they have lain unseen for almost a century.
The hand-written wills of 230,000 soldiers who fought for the British Empire have been placed on a new website where their descendants can view them for the first time.
Many of the wills are accompanied by deeply personal letters penned by the doomed soldiers and intended for loved ones back home that were never posted.
