Rafael Nadal claimed his 25th ATP World Tour Masters 1000 title with a one-sided victory over Milos Raonic in the Rogers Cup final in Montreal.
Canadian Raonic had the crowd behind him but his inexperience showed and Nadal - the world number four - eased to a 6-2 6-2 win to claim his eighth tour-level title of the season.
At times Raonic played into Nadal's hands as the Spaniard eased through the first set despite his first serve being out of sorts.
